Shipping & Returns
How orders reach you, and what happens if something is not right.
Delivery
- Where we ship Throughout South Africa.
- Dispatch In-stock orders are dispatched from our Durban warehouse, typically within one to two business days of payment clearing.
- Transit Main-centre deliveries usually arrive within two to four business days of dispatch. Outlying areas take longer.
- Tracking A tracking reference is sent by email once the parcel is collected by the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Change of mind Unworn goods in original condition, with tags attached, may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
- Wrong size Tell us what you ordered and what you need. Exchanges are the most common request we handle and we make them straightforward.
- Faulty goods If a garment is defective, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 apply in full and are not limited by anything on this page.
