Products and pricing
Product descriptions, colours and pricing on this site are indicative. Screen rendering of fabric colour varies between devices. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell; an order is accepted when we confirm it.
Intellectual property
The Misaki Axis name, the 岬軸 mark, logos, photography and page content are owned by Beehop (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
