What we collect
If you email us we hold your name, email address and the content of your message. If you place an order we hold the delivery and contact details needed to fulfil it. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to fulfil and deliver orders, to handle returns, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: couriers to deliver your order, our payment provider to take payment, our web host and email provider so the site and inbox work, and our advisers or a regulator where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing it. Write to INFO_EMAIL. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When the online store opens, a cart requires a functional cookie to work; that is not used for tracking.
